In the framework of the continuous upgrade and development of its existing products, Palaplast has made changes in the design of 6Atm Drawer Clamp Saddles from Ø25 to Ø110mm, achieving the following improvements:
Easier installation of the saddle on the pipeline
- Side guide (1) of the pipe towards the center of the saddle for ease of installation.
- Ribs (2) to ensure stability and prevent rotational and axial slippage.
- Innovative design of wedge and slots (3) in the front of the part for precise connection of the two parts and ensuring zero displacement.
- NBR rubber (4) for perfect pipe fit. (D25 O-ring 70 Shore)
- Large directional arrow (5) to save installation time.
Ensure stability of the saddle on the pipeline.
- By fitting a soft rubber sealing ring (4) we obtain a second advantage, which relates to the strengthening of the saddle’s grip in rotational or axial displacements on the pipeline, while offering better sealing.
- Ribs (2) to ensure stability of the saddle on the pipe and prevent rotational and axial slippage.
Ensuring prevention of displacement – extraction of the 2 drawers on the Ø40 & Ø50 saddles
- Extra wedge (6) of innovative design to secure the clamp.
- Wedge driving geometry (7) in its final position.
